Sikhs will be stopped on Uttarakhand borders on Baisakhi Day

New Delhi,  All India Sikh Conference has declared that it would forcibly take back Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s 450-year old historical Gurdwara Sri Gyan Godri Sahib at Hari ki Pauri in Haridwar on 13th April from those who have illegally
encroached upon it, or in other words they would be forcibly thrown out. The All India Sikh Conference (Babbar) said that Sikhs from other districts of Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand will be reaching Hari ki Pauri at Haridwar on 13th April, the Baisakhi Day after starting from the Red Fort in Delhi at 5 in the morning
of 13th April. Today All India Sikh Conference has said that Uttarakhand Government, by giving false assurances all along, has cheated the Sikhs and now they will put their lives at stake to take back the historical Gurdwara Sri Gyan Godri Sahib.
All India Sikh Conference has accused Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat of giving protection to those who have illegally encroached upon it, which won’t be tolerated any more. All India Sikh Conference has appealed to Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat to start, without delay, the process of handing over the historical
Gurdwara Sri Gyan Godri Sahib to the Sikh community. All India Sikh Conference has called upon Chief Minister Harish Rawat not to play with emotions of Sikhs and said to the Chief Minister to remove those who have encroached upon the gurdwara.
The Conference says that the Chief Minister by keeping the issue pending, has been insulting Sikhs, who should not be forcibly stopped by Uttarakhand Policefrom reaching Hari ki Pauri. All India Sikh Conference has come to know that this time Uttarakhand Police, with its personnel and force, are set to prevent Sikhs from reaching Hari ki Pauri. It means that there’s heavy arrangement by Uttarakhand Government to stop Sikhs but All India Sikh Conference has said that it will at any cost, will take back possession of the gurdwara. Congress President Sonia Gandhi to direct Uttarakhand CM to give the place of the gurdwara back to the Sikh community. All India Sikh Conference has appealed to President Pranab Mukherjee, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh and Uttarakhand’s Governor DrKrishan Kant Paul to intervene in this matter otherwise Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat, Haridwar’s District Magistrate and Senior Superintendent of Police will be responsible for untoward incidents arising out of it.

Sukhbeer Singh Badal, Union Minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal, President of Shiromani Gurdwara Prabhandhak Committee Sardar Avtar Singh Makkar, Sardar Simranjeet Singh Maan, Sant Baljeet Singh Daduwal, Bhai Sukhvinder Singh Khalsa (Haryana), President of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Prabhandhak Committee Sardar
Manjeet Singh (GK), former President of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Prabhandhak Committee Paramjeet Singh Sarna, Sardar Harvinder Singh Sarna and jathedar of Akal Takht Sahib Gyani Gurbachan Singh to reach Hari ki Pauri on 13th April to free Gurdwara Sri Gyan Godri Sahib.
